Introduction to Beekeeping

This class is for the honey bee enthusiasts who would like to learn more about these amazing creatures and how to help them thrive. The presentation will include history, equipment, and the cost of setting up a bee colony in your own backyard. There will also be time for questions and answers. The class is presented by Dale Wolf, a third generation beekeeper and owner of the Wolf Honey Farm located in Baldwin, Wisconsin.

Cookbook SigningLocal cookbook author Brett Laidlaw will be signing copies of his cookbook Trout Caviar at River Market on Saturday, February 18 from
noon until 3 pm.
